Cycle is a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary, sweaty, beat thumping ride of our life!
More intense than a stationary bike (and that 3rd grade tricycle), indoor cycling keeps things cool with bumpin’ music and a killer class atmosphere. Expect to sit tight for 45 to 50 minute sessions, which can burn up to 900 calories (take that, Bikram yoga!). The intensity varies throughout the class, thanks to changing up body position, pedal speed, and resistance. And get ready to listen up: The instructor will call out instructions to imitate a real ride of climbs, sprints, and coasts. The best part? You can experience this ride anywhere in the world you would like…. yep, due to our amazing virtual ride screen and MyRide technology, you are truly in for the ride of your life. Low lights, great music, and the back roads of Ireland baby!

With our brand new Matrix Coach by Color bikes, you’ll be able to monitor your pace and gauge your ride for the best work out possible, focusing on that target heart rate and getting into your best workout zone by utilizing the console on each bike. Just increase the intensity as you feel fit and go to the color zone that your instructor announces – at your pace, at your level, and at your color… no pressure here. You set your own goals and attain them at your pace. Challenge yourself or gauge it down…. you decide.
