We are so excited to announce our Mindful May Yoga Immersion!

For the entire month of May we will be guiding and encouraging mindfulness in all areas of our lives. This state of being will promote acceptance, and enhance the process of allowing and appreciating what is in the present moment… the here and the now.

In addition to Daily Inspiration, Weekly Intentions, Positive Affirmations, and Journal Reflection,  there will be 4 Wellness Workshops offered throughout the month, each guided by a weekly intention.

The first, Mindful Eating with Cheryl Hines, April 28 @4:00, will be the actual launch of our Mindful May program.  Our licensed dietician will be available for nutritional advice and  consultations as wells — REGISTER ONLINE

The next workshop will encompass Mindful Healing with Eliza Alys Young.  There will be a very special – and Free – Restorative Yoga Class for cancer patients during this week of our program — REGISTER ONLINE

Next we’ll have Mindful Meditation with Brian and LeighAnn Patten, which will promote harmony and balance of our thoughts and  mind, while alleviating stress and anxiety.  A special Bhakti Yoga Class fused with Yoga Nidra will be offered that week —REGISTER ONLINE

The concluding workshop of our program will be Mindful Living with Dawn Grant, bringing all components together with a sense of peace, acceptance and a deeper appreciation in our relationships, our health, our thoughts, and our intentions.  What a wonderful way to bring balance, harmony, peace and grace into our lives — REGISTER ONLINE

In addition to these amazing workshops, we will be offering Wine Down Yoga Classes each Sunday.  What a great way to “wine” down from the weekend and prepare mentally and emotionally for the week ahead. We will begin these classes with wine sampling and close with journal reflection and the intention of the week.

The overall vision for this mindfulness yoga immersion is to bring about peace with a sense of allowing… to practice slowing down in our ever increasing busy lives, to detach from the pressures and long to-do lists… and attach to the present moment.
To encourage full engagement of this program, we will be offering a FREE 1 Month Membership to the participant that attends the highest number of yoga classes at our studio!
