Looking for something healthy, fun, and educational for your child this summer?

We are offering Fit Kid Summer Camps for children ages 5-7 and 8-13. Each camp is 1 week long and will be composed of fun fitness activities to keep your child entertained, laughing, and learning about their overall wellness. Your child will rotate through 2 of our super-fun fitness classes, with a break between for snacks and wellness chat. Each day will end with a relaxing yoga class to help them unwind, stretch, and pull together the various components taught that day. Camp begins at 1:00pm and ends at 3:30pm. The Friday of each camp will end with a special Fit Kid presentation for the parents.   Healthy Snacks and Water Provided


Classes Rotations Include:
  • Pound:  fun cardio-jam class using drumsticks
  • Boot Camp: interval training exercises
  • Strength Training: teaching proper form, safety and technique
  • Dance Trance: upbeat dance class that teaches cool moves
  • Gentle Yoga: stretch, relax and understand mindfulness
  • Wellness Education: Nutrition, Hydration, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, Fitness Trio
