TRX is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises while utilizing the suspension straps. In addition, TRX Suspension Training focuses on movements that mimic the way you move in everyday life, strengthening the muscles that allow us to be functional in our daily activities.  Functional strength training involves performing actual movements that mimic our daily activities while adding resistance.   By doing so, we directly enhance the performance of our regular movements, making them easier.
