This class safely teaches the components, form and proper technique found in KickBoxing and Boxing classes. Focusing on hooks, jabs, and punches that will increase your coordination and help you strengthen the brain-body connection, including hand-eye coordination. For that extra boost, BAG BURN will bring you to a higher level of exercise- incorporating punching, kicking and sparring practice. This class requires focused movements and amazing recall, challenging your muscles and your mind.
