Bag Burn is a strength and cardio class in one. It will bring you to a higher level of exercise- incorporating the “bag”, cardiovascular intervals, and core exercises. It safely teaches the components, form and proper technique found in Kickboxing and Boxing classes. Hooks, jabs, and punches will increase your coordination and help strengthen your upper body muscles. Various kicks on the bag target and strengthen your lower body muscles all while keeping your heart rate up. This class requires focused movements and amazing recall, challenging your muscles and your mind.

Dance Trance Breakdown class is formatted around instruction only. In this class the instructor will “break down” the new song at least twice from beginning to end, walking through the steps with and without music. This allows each student to learn the individual steps and sequences of the new song, setting everyone up for an experience that is successful and full of fun! A new song is introduced to our class every two weeks.
Dance Trance is the full on, high energy, sweaty fun dance class that entails moving and grooving for a full hour of back to back songs. The dances are all taught in the break down class. You’re guaranteed to sweat it out in this class… with a smile on your face indeed!
