Join Michael Hibbert, a licensed acupuncture physician and registered yoga teacher from Yoga Den Jax,  for two amazing workshops!  Register for each workshop or both at the links below.
CHAKRAS 101 11/16 1-4P:
This fascinating exploration of the Chakras, a powerful part of your body’s subtle energy system. This workshop investigates the deeper dimensions of Chakra theory and methodologies. Topics include a historical summary, a review of the subtle body and related energies, chakra healing, balancing and meditation practices, as well as western medical perspective, research and implications. You will leave with a heightened sense of body awareness, and a deeper understanding of how to maintain optimal states of well-being.

INTRO TO MEDITATION 11/17 1-4p:
Michael teaches us the amazing and numerous benefits that meditation can provide to you and your overall wellness. From improving mental clarity, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting happy hormones (endorphins), increasing self-awareness and acceptance, slowing the aging process, or boosting your cardiovascular and immune health - just to name a few- this workshop can help you to bring more grace, peace, love and mindfulness into all aspects of your life.
