This Heated Power Yoga class focuses on Stretching, Flexibility and  Balance through powerful engaging movements and stretches. You will  build heat as the class progresses, building a sweat while allowing your  body to detox, cleanse and refresh... then slowing relax into calming  stretches and mindfulness

Yoga Basics is great for both beginners and students with a regular practice. For  beginners, the workshop is designed to give you the tools and initial  knowledge to enter into a group yoga class with a good understanding of what to expect.  For seasoned students, we can help you find and  feel your individual alignment, as questions can be asked while you  practice the shapes with our teachers and teachers in training.


You will receive the benefits of a private lesson in a comfortable group setting, and bring your practice to the next level.

This very gentle, restorative yoga class is open to all and FREE to any  person that is impacted by cancer...  patients, survivors, caregivers,  family and friends. Taught by Eliza Young - a certified Yoga instructor and cancer survivor - who has been specially trained through the  Christina Phipps Foundation. This gentle class provides a safe,  supportive and nurturing environment for all aspects of healing. Please  share with anyone that may benefit
