 Bootylicious focuses on glute and hamstring development, strengthening your lower back and core, and increasing strength and flexibility. This class will use weights, bands and benches to increase muscle tone in your core and lower body.

Butts-n-Gutts

Butts-N-Guts is a specialized class that focus on strengthening your core, glutes and hamstrings.  Functional and effective movements will target and tone your body.

Core and Stretch

Core and Stretch is a 30 min class that focuses on strengthening the core and stretching your muscles.  You will leave feeling toned and elongated in this combo class.

Condition, Tone, Strength.  This class is a resistance weight training program that uses weights, barbells and dumbbells to offer a full body workout with a minimal risk of injury. Emphasizing proper technique and safety, this class will increase your strength, muscular endurance, body definition, balance and overall stamina. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome. 

Pilates

Pilates places emphasis on your body’s core, including the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh and the glutes while performing exercises on a floor mat. Pilates requires you to engage your entire body, allowing you to strengthen one muscle while stretching another. 

This class will help you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination and balance – promoting good posture and preventing injury in our everyday lives.

Strength is a full body workout that will get you stronger, leaner, and improve your functionality.  In this class you will incorporate the use of the barbell, dumbbells, and body weight to effectively strengthen and tone your muscles and give you a more supportive core.

TRX utilizes suspension straps to offer you a workout that leverages gravity and your own body weight to perform multiple exercises. Through functional training, you're in control of your workout by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.
