This Yoga Cardio Mix is for everybody! Guaranteed to invigorate your senses and enable you to tune into the power of mother nature. Moving through these 75 minutes will allow you to create the blue mind effect and harness the power of natures 5 elements.
Tap into cardio as we move briskly along our Islands beautiful beaches and tree-lined sidewalks. Intermittent stops will provide time to incorporate Yoga's systematic approach to breath, stretch, and balance. Move through Vinyasa flow to the sound of the ocean waves, and fill your lungs with negative ions. These are just a few of the perks this class offers. This creative approach will nourish your soul and revitalize your body.

Hot Bikram Yoga-Beginners

Hot 28 - Bikram Style YogaGreat for BEGINNERS! This is a foundational sequence of 26 postures fundamental to hot yoga that will stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups in the body. This class style focuses on balance, alignment, and deep breathing. Hot 26 will help you find your inner strength, stability, and clarity. The series is designed for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Ideal for runners, cyclists, golfers, tennis players, and athletes from all disciplines!

Restorative Yoga

 This gentle and relaxing yoga class utilizes bolsters, blankets and pillows to assist in your movement, open your stretch and provide comfort. Focusing on the centering of your breath and body.  Aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.  Postures will be of the seated, kneeling, and supine variety.  This class is very therapeutic - mentally, emotionally and physically.   Candlelight and low lighting is set for ambience with temperatures optimum for comfort.

Basic Flow

This gentle class provides an opportunity to quiet the mind, align the body and connect with intention. Through the practice of linking breath with movement, and by slowing the pace of flow between asanas (yoga postures), each class becomes a moving meditation. The experience is one of deep relaxation, inner peace, and gentle healing. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  Options will be queued throughout class for those students desiring more, or less, work – making the practice an individual experience for all.

Baby and Me Yoga

Bring your newborn to crawler and go through yoga poses that incorporates your baby.  This fun class will tone and strengthen your muscles and core while having your baby with you.  

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

This class focuses on breath and movement, while inviting you to explore options moving through different levels of yoga postures, providing greater wisdom to reach the next level. Classes are formatted to develop strength and agility in order to achieve a variety of ever-changing peak postures. This class helps you establish your yoga practice in a grounding manner, you will leave this class in a more blissful state than you entered!

Heated Power Yoga

Heat Building Hot Yoga Class that focuses on Stretching, Flexibility and Balance. Through engaging movements and stretches you will build heat as the class progresses,  focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.  Class will slowly ease into relaxing and calming stretches that end with mindfulness and a peaceful shavasana.

Room is heated to 85-90 degrees. 

Hot Yoga with Craft Beer

Hot yoga is a practice that involves various yoga moves in a heated room.  It will encourage sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation. Once class is over, participants can rehydrates with a delicious craft beer.

Mindful Movement

This practice is a great companion to another yoga or fitness class; a complete warm up for the day.  The practice grew from movements & stretches from MindBody Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance & Spatial Dynamics, and gently leads you into the spaces previously left to the unconscious part of being. It practices a graceful, meditative way to move. Each class expands further than the last, allowing you to deepen your experience with the movements & poses. All abilities are encouraged & welcome. While each class varies depending on the makeup and size of the group, we follow a routine frame beginning with mat exercises geared specifically to open hips  at the Root & Sacral Chakras, and at the chest, Heart & Throat Chakras. This opening leads to peaceful yet dynamic movement &  balance poses. The hour closes with an image-rich Shavasana.  

Stretch Spirited Vinyasa

This class will lead you through coordinated, mindful movements that incorporate deep breathing and fluid movement.  While allowing your breath to guide you from one pose to the next, you will be led through a gentle flow, while fostering awareness, intention, focus and mindfulness.  The experience is one of deep relaxation, inner peace, and gentle healing.  Candlelight and low lighting is set for ambience with temperatures slightly elevated to warm the muscles and increase your heart rate.

Room is heated to a warm 80 degrees. 

Pilates

This class places emphasis on your body’s core, such as the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh and the glutes while performing exercises on a floor mat. Pilates moves require you to virtually engage your entire body, allowing you to strengthen one muscle while stretching another. 

This class will help you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination and balance – promoting good posture and preventing injury in our everyday lives. Temperature is slightly elevated to warm the muscles and increase your heart rate.

Room is approximately 75 degrees.
